Social Projects

Since 2019, as part of our sustainable development strategy, we have developed projects on education and health in both Manta (Ecuador) and Agadir (Morocco) for our employees and their families.

In 2023, the Social Projects in Ecuador and Morocco benefited 1766 individuals. We have also supported nine schools in these communities through with infrastructure improvements and provision of new supplies.

Our commitment also includes initiatives aimed at improving access to quality health care for our employees and their families.

Health

We support our employees and their families with private consultations (psychology, traumatology, dermatology and pediatrics), and health emergencies support. We provide private gynecologist consultations, HPV detection tests, and personalized pregnancy follow-up care, and baby supplies. We give access to eyes exams and glasses expenses employees and their children and to dental visits for employees’ children.
In addition to vitaminization campaigns, we provide assistance for people with disabilities and organize health awareness campaigns.

Education

We support employees’ children with school and university scholarships, summer camps and extracurricular classes. We are committed to community development by supporting schools in improving their infrastructure (bathrooms, roofs, libraries, canteens, etc.) and supplying school supplies, educational games, furniture, computers, photocopiers and books. In addition, in Morocco, we recognize the importance of workers’ access to a literacy program that equips them with greater knowledge and offers them better prospects for the future.

These comprehensive efforts aim to promote holistic well-being within our community.

In May 2020, we signed a long-term,
multi-country partnership with Oxfam Italy to promote the concept of
“healthier and more sustainable food”,
not only for the environment and those who consume it, but also for those who produce it.

We believe in the importance of making a positive contribution to the
well-being of the communities in which we operate.
